fix: Invalid regex for fullscreen idleinhibit windowrulev2's title
...
The windowrulev2 for fullscreen idleinhibit has an invalid regex expression for title which throws an error along the lines "[ERR] Regex error at title:^(*)$ (Mismatched '(' and ')' in regular expression)".
